A direct integration needs Curve on board, and the strongest case for it is Curve's own practices asking. Add your practice below. If you agree, we'll share your request with Curve so they can see the demand, and we'll email you the day the integration is live.
Takes a minute. Practice name and email are all we need; the rest helps make the case.
Every call answered, 24/7, and the appointment booked straight into your Curve schedule instead of a message for someone to call back.
Health history, consent and insurance details written into the patient's chart in Curve. Nobody re-types a form.
Eligibility and benefits checked ahead of every appointment and written to the patient in Curve.
Partly. Our digital forms work today: completed forms reach your team as formatted PDFs to file in Curve. The rest of the platform (the AI receptionist booking into your schedule, insurance verification and notes written to the chart) needs a direct connection to Curve, and that connection is what this request is for.
A direct integration reads and writes your schedule and charts through Curve's own systems, which takes Curve's cooperation. Curve decides what to build based on what its practices ask for, so requests from Curve offices are what move it.
If you tick the box, we share your practice name, your name, email and phone with Curve Dental so they can see your practice wants the integration. If you don't, your request stays with us and only counts toward the total. Either way, we email you once when it's live, and nothing else.
No. It's a request, not a sign-up. There's no payment, no trial and no obligation.
Clinical notes drafted from dictation and the visit, reviewed and signed by the provider, then saved to Curve.
