Does this replace my clearinghouse?

For the claims it handles, yes. Claims, predeterminations, status inquiries, and remittances all move on the platform's own clearinghouse connection, and the acknowledgments and remittances are matched back to each claim automatically. You do not need a separate clearinghouse login to find out where a claim is. If you keep submitting some claims from the PMS, leave submission Off for those and the tracking and posting stages still work on what comes back.
